Want to Achieve Bigger and Better Results?

This April we are unleashing a Challenge unlike any you’ve tried before…

The 30 Day April challenge is suitable for ANYONE no matter what fitness level you are at, there are no restrictions for fitness levels, we have tailored the challenge for ALL levels.

 

The challenge will be completed in the comfort of your own HOME, this way bootcamp attendance will not inhibit your ability to do well at the challenge, however attendance will clearly assist in your progression.

Your DAILY workout will only last up to 10 minutes. You DO NOT have to complete the workout EVERY day but it will help in achieving better results so we do encourage you to follow the plan!

This challenge will GUARANTEE results no matter what your fitness levels are, complete beginners are welcome and we have easier alternatives for you!

You DO NOT have to be a current Bootcamp member to sign up for this challenge.  Maybe you don’t live close by, or maybe you need something to steer you in the right direction? This challenge could be what you need to help you ease into a fitness regime!

When you sign up to the challenge you will receive an email with a full explanation of the challenge, and you will receive the fitness test that you will need to complete before and after the challenge. We will provide video links to ALL exercises so you know how to perform them. You will also receive your daily 10 minute workout.

You will be asked to record your results and email them to us on a weekly basis (this is so we can keep up to date with your progression).  We shall provide an excel sheet for you to fill out your results.

To make the challenge more fun and interesting, we have created a point system which solely focuses on PROGRESSION, not your current fitness level.

Points will rewarded for progression and docked for days you don’t complete the challenge. You MUST be honest with us! Please note this is JUST for FUN for our current members, there is NO pressure to win!

The member with the most progression shall win a FREE bootcamp block of 8 sessions to use for themselves or they can gift this to a friend, to be used within the time frame listed on blocks.

If there is a tie, we’ll hold a burpee competition (just kidding) we can throw names into a hat and have someone draw the winner!

There are TWO versions of the challenge:

1.Fitness Testing and Daily Challenge £10
2.Fitness Testing and Daily Challenge with Heart Rate Monitoring £15

Following our success in the September Challenge, we realised how much admin work went into it, therefore we are charging a small entry fee for the challenge to cover the all time that will go into calculating your results.

What you will receive: 

Option1:

You will receive a detailed email with the challenge at the start, including fitness test, videos, your daily workout and results sheet.

You will receive a Graph at the end of your challenge highlighting peaks and troughs throughout the challenge along with a comparative of your fitness test from start to finish.

Option 2:

You will receive a detailed email with the challenge at the start, including fitness test, videos, your daily workout and results sheet.

You will receive a Graph at the end of your challenge highlighting peaks and troughs throughout the challenge along with a comparative of your fitness test from start to finish.

You will need a heart rate monitor/fit bit and will be provided with a formula calculating your heart rate percentages, we will ask you to include your heart rate information in the task sheet and we will calculate average heart rate and heart rate progression throughout the challenge

Take the April Challenge and commit to making a daily change to you fitness Levels! This challenge will be WELL WORTH the effort as you see your fitness levels improve throughout the month

Disclaimer – Depending on the amount of members who sign up will depend on how long it will take for us to calculate these results, so please give us the minimum of 14 days for this work after the challenge has been completed.
