Our Metabolic training sessions focus on performing compound exercises coupled with running, plyometrics, agility and co-ordination all to help improve your fitness levels.  Metabolic training also helps increase endurance, strength and fitness building so perfect if you’re training for events such as triathlon’s, mudders, or even if you’re looking to lose weight!

Sessions that fall under this category are our Anaerobic Session held every Monday night at 7.15pm, Hybrid on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, our HIIT class on Thursday evenings at 7pm and our Sunday morning sessions at 10.30am. Please see our timetable to book!
