Our Mother Move classes are for local mums looking to get into shape after they’ve had a baby. We focus on motherhood movement patterns, to build strength and endurance so you can manage everyday life with a growing baby! We understand each mother’s recovery is different and some mums are ready to train before the 6 month mark, so we are happy to evaluate individuals after going through our thorough checks. All new mums joining will need to answer an extensive questionnaire on birth before joining.
