I am an energetic and knowledgeable personal trainer/coach/group exercise instructor focused predominantly on toning, weight loss, joint mobility and promoting a healthy daily existence.

I started out as a badminton coach back in 2010 teaching complete beginners all the way up to county and national players before I transitioned into personal training in 2014.

After qualifying I started working for Puregym as a PT and I stayed there until I went freelance, now I teach classes for multiple major gyms including Virgin Active, Nuffield, Fitness First and Gymbox as well as doing bootcamps all over London.

I specialise in functional/three dimensional and high intensity interval training as well as sport specific training and am especially passionate about Olympic weightlifting and its physical benefits for athletes of all types.

Regardless of the type of session I’m running, whether it be one to one or a group session, bootcamp or indoor cycling it will be thoroughly planned, safe, accessible to all abilities and fun with plenty of opportunities to increase or decrease the levels of intensity throughout.

Other things about me:

I’m a professional jazz and classical guitarist which is what I spend the rest of my time doing.

I played badminton to a semi professional level
