Control stress Stress-induced emotions consume huge amounts of energy due to it leading our bodies to release cortisol. This hormone uses up our energy by releasing fatty acids and glucose from the liver.
Lighten your load One of the main reasons for tiredness and low energy levels is due to being overworked. Ensure you have an enjoyable and realistic work life balance.
