Join Beach Bootcamp!
Bootcamp SE16 are working in conjunction with my AFK and will be holding beach bootcamp sessions for the month of July. Join us this summer in Canary Wharf, get out of the gym and mix up your training! Sessions will be held in Montgomery Square.

This July we are hitting Canary Wharf with beach bootcamp sessions on my AFk’s volley ball courts. Beach training is TOUGH work, our sessions will be endurance building and challenging, yet fun!
Bootcamp is for ALL fitness levels no matter whether you are a complete beginner to exercise or a semi pro athlete, we cater for ALL.
Beach Bootcamp kicks off on Tuesday the 10th July at 6pm, we have 6 sessions in total in July.
Our exact location will be Montgomery Square, Upper bank street, London, E14 5JJ. You will need to book and pay online before attending.
Regular Bootcamp sessions are held 6 days a week by Stave Hill, Russia Dock Woodlands, Canada Water SE16 6AX.
