Saturday 3rd July we’ll be hosting our Women’s Health, Mum and Baby event
The event at the Park in Stave Hill will kick off at 10.30am with a 60 minute Glitterati Yoga Class with Sam who teaches the Wednesday evening and Sunday Yoga sessions with us.
Move and groove to soulful tunes during this Vinyasa flow class with a dancefloor twist. Expect fun, laughter and a workout, open to all levels. All you need to bring is your fierceness! Sequins and disco attire encouraged, the brighter the better!
After the Yoga session we’ll enjoy some tasty and healthy refreshments whilst browsing stalls from local businesses, a midwife and lactation specialist on hand to answer your queries and Steph may do a talk on Women’s Health.
If you would prefer to join us after the Yoga session that’s absolutely fine, but if you’ll be joining the Yoga please do RSVP to the event as spaces are limited.
Your wives/partners/girlfriends are welcome to attend, if they haven’t taken a session with us before they’ll just need to complete a PAR-Q before the session.
This is a free event but we’ll be collecting donations for ‘Wellbeing of Women’ who invest in pioneering research in women’s health. Our research helps find cures and develops new tests and treatments that will save and change the lives of women, girls and babies. The three main areas of their research focus is; pregnancy and birth complications, gynecological cancers and wellbeing issues.

Saturday 7th August we’ll be hosting our Bootcamp 8th Birthday Bash 🎉
It’s been eight years since Bootcamp SE16 started and in that time, we’ve helped hundreds of people to get fit, lose weight and feel better. We’ve helped people recover from injuries, build their confidence with exercise after pregnancy, helped ease people into a fitness regime after lockdowns and help transform people’s lives.
But beyond the visible benefits of Bootcamp, we’ve also built a community. Our members support each other, encourage each other and push the group to work harder. From this we’ve built many friendships for life, we’ve had plenty of fun and laughter at sessions and we’re enjoying getting back to socialising outside of session.
This kind of team spirit and support is the backbone of Bootcamp – without our inspiring members we wouldn’t exist! It’s what started our tag line more than just a Bootcamp
So please join us for a fun filled, team games session at 10am in the park, then after we’ll enjoy some cakes and bubbles to toast our Bootcampers, give out awards for achievements earned over the past year and have a good ‘ol catch up!
We can’t wait to see you all! |
