Anaerobic Training

Anaerobic TrainingĀ is held every Monday night at 7.15pm; these are fun fast paced sessions that include a mixture of cardio and strength training to help you achieve ultimate fitness levels. In pairs, in teams, or alone this endurance based session will get you fitter and stronger in no time. This session is perfect for long distance training and improving fitness levels.
