Bootcamp SE16 is led by fitness expert Stephanie Jannati, who is considered the authority on getting people like yourself in the BEST shape of their lives.
She is the expert people go to, when they need help with their own health, fitness, nutrition, mindset and wellbeing.

These local residents tried various limited diets, standard workouts that weren’t fun and couldn’t find anything that would deliver results that they could stick to, until they found us!

Effective, fun training in a safe environment
Our sessions are live and coached by our expert personal trainers, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions, your technique is correct and you are held accountable to getting the results you desire. You’ll also be training with an awesome community of like-minded people, who are supportive and encouraging.

As the lockdown restrictions have only recently been lifted, we want to ensure you that we will be following a strict cleaning regime between every session so that you will be training in a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
Coach and members must remain a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times. There is to be a clear training area for the coach and one for the client to remain in at all times.
Equipment will be handled and cleaned/sanitised by the coach before the session with gloves and then after the session by the client and then the coach.
Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes will be available for the client to use at any time.
We ask clients to bring their own gloves for all sessions and for when handling equipment.
