How’s your March going for you?

We’ve been running a competition for our members to keep them consistent with their fitness, we asked them to commit to completing an activity 3 times a week, choosing from the following 5 options:

  • A run
  • A walk
  • An online session
  • A pre recorded session
  • A buddy session

So whatever their personal fitness level was at, they could stick within their limits (or choose to push themselves further) as the main focus is on doing 3 things each week.

By creating a rhythm, a routine, a continued cycle of events you are forming a new habit without even realising!

In the above picture you’ll see Chanel with her thumbs up at the end of another great online session.

Chanel is a super busy person with an intense city based job that certainly keeps her busy with some insane hours BUT since working with a coach she has managed to maintain her fitness throughout lockdown.

Here’s how… along with committing to our online session she has taken up running, fitting runs into her lunch breaks, tracking the distance and times to keep on top of her progress.

When we launched our MyZone sessions she was quick to jump onboard and has been loving the results ever since!

Myzone and our coaching system is helping Chanel and other members track their output, to gain the most they can from their sessions, help to keep them motivated and achieve the best possible results they can, earning points and competing against yourself and others is a powerful tool!

Chanel and many others have found a solution for their health and fitness that now works for them.  We are proud of how well our online offering has grown, we now have members in Russia, Miami and Europe!

Our outdoor sessions restart from 29th March and our online sessions are ongoing.
