Tip 2: Put down your phone, for a couple of hours, taking a break to reset your mind and focus on the moment Tip 3: Practice gratitude, switch your mindset to focus it on the positives, no matter how small they are. Tip 4: Allow yourself to wallow, if you are having a down day just roll with it, be good to yourself and let the emotions flow. Tip 5: Know that you are doing your best and your best is enough!  |
