  • We cater for ALL levels with our interactive ONLINE platform. With our expert coaches you can achieve all you need to from attending our online sessions.
  • Bootcamp SE16 online is a great way to get fit and stay fit. It’s so much more fun and engaging than training alone or through YouTube videos.
  • You’ll be coached through a platform called Zoom and will gain access to our 22 session a week timetable.

  • We cater for ALL levels with our outdoor training program, whether you’re a complete beginner, or a pro, we can get you going. 
  • We are more than just a bootcamp, we can coach you through times where it’s tough to motivate yourself, through nutrition, weight-loss and even through injury.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do sessions still run in the rain?

Yes! If it's raining we're still training. We train in all weathers, training outdoors increases endurance and helps aid the immune system.

I'm returning to fitness after a break, will the sessions be suitable for me?

All our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, take the session at your own pace, speak with the instructor before the session for any specific needs.

Are your sessions socially distanced?

Yes, absoultely! The safety of our members is paramount, we are always reminding members to keep distance in sessions and members are spaced out to provide enough distance.

What should I bring with me to a session?

Water bottle, gloves are mandatory, sunscreen and bug spray in the summer months, layers in the winter months.

Do you offer one to one training?

Yes we do, either enter your details into our enquiry form or call us to book a consultation

How many people attend each session?

Depending on the day and time we have anything from 8 to 20 people in a session

Do I have to register and book?

Registration is a must prior to attending your first session as there is a medical questionnaire and consent form to fill in. Booking is also important to ensure your spot is secured.

Where do you meet?

We meet at the steps of Stave Hill for every session and go on from there to collect equipment. We may sometimes be training in the park around the corner from Stave Hill so do get there on time!
