My name is Sarah and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor living locally in Rotherhite.

I was always very active as a child and during my teenage years so I understand the importance of an active lifestyle and the benefits it has on the body and mind. As a former PE Teacher I have always had a passion for sport and love the way working out makes me feel. Fitness doesn’t stop at the end of my working day, I enjoy trying out new classes in my spare time (boxing, Pilates, yoga…to name a few!).

I don’t take any prisoners during my workouts so come prepared to give it your all- I like to see 100% effort and determination from all my participants and trust me you will feel amazing afterwards! The feeling of pride and accomplishment you will get at the end of the session will bring you back week after week.

I feel so privileged to have the opportunity to train and support you on your fitness journey. Helping you achieve your goals as well as improve your overall health and well-being.
