MOTHERMOVE AT THE DOCKLANDS SETTLEMENT

Our mothermove courses kick off from Tuesday 8th of January at the docklands settlement and run Tuesdays and Fridays.  Whether you’ve recently had a baby or have an older child these classes are specifically tailored for mums by our expert pre/post natal trainer.  Using fun functional movement patterns, we train mums for strength and for every day life. Our sessions are pelvic floor core friendly and help mums gain confidence again by progressing them through our tailored program.

Our personal trainers are certified professionals who will educate, motivate and keep you accountable. If you are new to exercise or having trouble staying fit, you need a personal trainer. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and obtain results you want.
