The Bootcamp SE16 System

When you embark on your journey with Bootcamp SE16 the SE16 System can be applied to health and fitness and entails the following: Bootcamp SE16’s Foundation health and wellness principles.

Physical:

Our training sessions are the first component of the physical aspect; the sessions across our schedule are well structured with enough variation to offer the 5 components of fitness, whilst also being fun and engaging.

Periodically we offer various physical challenges within our online and outdoors sessions to challenge our members and continue to motivate the,.

Every year we complete 2-3 Obstacle Course Events such as Tough Mudder and Spartan.

Support is also available for our members who are completing external events such as marathons, 10k's, mountain climbs and other expeditions.

We are also a Myzone facility and encourage our members to use to the Myzone to help them monitor their workouts, see their progressions and join our fun challenges!

Mental:

Motivation and the right mindset is a key component of keeping your fitness routine going.  To help our members along the way, we have regular seminars, goal setting sessions, and check in calls to encourage a good head space.

Our talking events are set periodically throughout the year when our members need them the most.  

All our talking sessions are offered as part of our memberships, they are interactive, supportive and are free to join online and in person.

Community:

Our community is a huge part of who are and everything we offer is focused around our community and it’s needs.

When members first join our community to help ease them in, we have a buddy system in place so that new members instantly feel welcomed and supported.

We run many social and community events throughout the year, as well as supporting local projects with volunteering groups.

Every year we celebrate our community with an annual birthday, sports day style workout and prize giving for our members.

Our member of the month is also a regular feature that helps us to celebrate members and their achievements.

Balance:

Recovery and balance is something we regularly educate our members on.  Within coaching calls, our member access area and by sending out regular content, our members are given tools and advice on how to balance their lives and their physical routines.

Nutrition:

Nutrition is such a huge aspect of health, so we support our members with as much nutritional coaching as they need.  With our member access area, our members can access to nutritional education videos, recipes, guides and support.

We have a specific nutrition group that members are welcome to join for extra content, support and coaching.

At the end of the trial we book you in for a consultation to find the right program for you and your goals to set you up for success from the very beginning.

Our personal trainers are certified professionals who will educate, motivate and keep you accountable. If you are new to exercise or having trouble staying fit, you need a personal trainer. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and obtain results you want.
