How To Dress For Outdoor Winter Training

You know the saying, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing”? It couldn’t be more true when it comes to training outdoors – and it’s one of the secrets that keeps our Bootcamp SE16 crew going strong through the winter months!

If you’ve ever thought “I’ll wait until it’s warmer to start”, trust me – the benefits of outdoor training in winter far outweigh the chill. Not only does it boost your mood and immunity, but it helps you build strength, resilience, and mental toughness that lasts all year round. It’s one of the best ways to fight off the winter blues!

After 12 years of outdoor Bootcamp (including through two pregnancies!), I’ve learned that the right clothing makes all the difference. You don’t need to spend a fortune – just a few key pieces will keep you warm, dry, and ready to tackle any session.
